We met with Kristy, who started immediately with educating the two of us on what to expect throughout the entire looking and buying process, which was a fantastic surprise! We connected immediately. She's highly intuitive and can sense when there's something that isn't quite clear. She's a great listener and really made sure to prod us for our preferences and dislikes while looking at a home. She and the office have great connections which made the actual purchasing and signing portion of the experience a breeze. There's nothing about our experience that we would change! We were relocating from Windsor, Ontario and came across Brad while we were struggling to schedule viewings independently for our upcoming trip to Ottawa. We only had a couple days to find a house and found every realtor we spoke with was pressuring us to sign a contract and work with them to buy a house, in fact, by the time I spoke with Brad I was quite put-off at the idea of working with a realtor in any capacity. Something about Brad's approach was very comfortable; he was very informative, practical and down-to-earth. Most importantly, Brad did not pressure us in any way. He set aside 3 full days and lined up multiple homes for us to see. He recommended a home to us that was not the most expensive, but based on our short-term plans he felt was the smartest investment. He did come across in any way commission-driven and definitely conducts himself with honesty and integrity. Brad also went out of his way even after the purchase of our home was finalized to line up cleaners and tradesmen to help us out. We would highly recommend Brad and will most certainly be working with him again on future real estate dealings!
